Free Shipping
We offer FREE shipping on all orders to the USA and Canada — no minimum order required.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Orders shipped within Canada and the USA are generally not subject to customs duties. However, in rare cases, customs may apply additional charges — these are the responsibility of the buyer.

Wrong Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Baby Dotz is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
