30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange — no questions asked.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, in original condition and original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Hygiene products that have been opened (feeding bottles, oral care items)

How to Start a Return

Email us at babydotz2504@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at babydotz2504@gmail.com with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for a different color or variant of the same product, subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
